Consultation document on the reform of the Blue Badge Scheme in Scotland
The consultation document sets out the Governments proposals to improve the Scheme. In particular it seeks to make the scheme easier to access and use by those who are eligible, easier to enforce in order to clamp down on those who flout the rules, to improve the administration of the Scheme and improve the assessment of eligibility criteria.
