What''s it for? Help with adaptations and equipment for people living
with disabilities

Who can apply? Individuals, their carers or representatives (public
sector/ voluntary)

What is available? Variable

This Fund helps people with a long-term illness or a disability with the
cost of adaptations, equipment or other things to help manage at home.

Individuals should be refered by health or social care professionals
involved with their care.
